Hey,

I need to do maintenance on my silver bath, and I'm wondering what methods you guys use for emptying the tank. I bought a siphon to empty it with last time I did maintenance, but when I took it today to empty the tank into a bottle, the valve in the air bulb must have broken because it no longer does anything.

Other than pouring it, which seems a bit dangerous, do you guys have any suggested methods for emptying the tanks? mine is an 8x10 lund tank if that matters.

I bought a cheap turkey baster to empty mine. I get it to the point where its 2/3 empty and then just pour the rest out. Its tedious, but it works.

If you have a Lund travel tank then you can get this:

That’s what I use to just pour it out. Works well.

I to have a Lund 8x10 tank. The pour spout lid is a no-brainer. It makes a tricky task very easy.

I just pour mine into a large mouth pitcher. I then filter it into a storage bottle from there.

I was not aware Lund made that! I’ll put that on a list of things to acquire
