Hey Randy,
If you reuse it yourself, you can run it through the dishwasher at the toughest setting to clean. If you process C-41, run the plates/film through the bleach or blix to remove the silver first. This is a bit more environmentally friendly assuming you dispose of the blix properly.
If they were plates you bought from me, I offer a recycling discount towards next order if you send the glass back for reuse. I have a silver recovery system to handle that.
