Hello everyone!
Not so long ago I bought an ICG 380 scanner and there are problems with it,
I really need a SERVICE manual and an USER manual.
I suspect that there is a problem with the kinematics of the movement of the scanning head, any information or expert opinion is needed, the SERVICE manual will help a lot, thank you very much.

Try the scan high-end on groups.io and check the files section.

I no longer have an ICG, but they all are very similar. If you haven’t already done this, connect a monitor to the internal scanner PC and see what error messages appear. The pC message will give you more information than the pop up in the scanxact message. You also will have access to the engineering maintenance section. Without anything to go on, the first thing to check is that the rotation belt is on. Some ICG scanners used four separate bands, like big o-rings which can slip off, others used a belt like one you would find on your car.

There are still people around on the scanhigh-end group on groups.io that use ICG scanners.

You can find some service manuals here: https://hackaday.io/project/160730-adc-board-andor-power-supply-issues-drum-scanner

They are for the 360 model, but maybe they can be helpful...
