16 1/2" Red Dot Artar coverage?

I wanted to ask your help in determining the coverage of the 16 1/2 inch Red Dot Artar, since it is not clear looking at old threads and posts. Does anyone have direct experience, and know specifically if it will cover 11x14 with some room to spare?

16.5"/420mm Goerz RD Artar; f-11; should cover 11x14; 46 degrees. Whether you will like the corners or not is another question. Some do, some don't. A 19"/480mm Artar would cover better. Goerz listed as 9x12, with coverage of 356mm at f16.
