Mystery Film Back for 5x4 Field Camera. Any ideas what it fits?

Hi I have a film back for a 5x4 camera that came with a job lot however it doesn't fit or match the Zone VI camera it came with. Would anybody have an idea what this may fit. Thank you in advance

Can you let us know what are the measrements of the area which inserts into the camera body (Imperial and mm best!) as this might help?

153mm Square or 6x6 inch.
I still have no idea, I forgot about it and just thought I would check the thread again. It does not seem to be any of the usual options.

Looks like the back from one of the Japanese wooden folding field cameras. It's similar to the Wista DX backs I have, but not the same. Maybe Tachihara or....?
