Heads up! New worm arrives as an attachment to emails.

The virus is set to trigger the third of every month. This virus, the Kama Sutra Worm (also known as Nyxem.E and Grew.A) destroys Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop files on internal and external storage devices. The first link is to an article about it. The second takes you to a site to download a patch.

I presume when you say Photoshop files, that you mean .PSD. I haven't heard of a virus going after JPG & Tif.....and if they did, it could do it on Mac & Linux graphic files as well.

Get a Mac. No problems with viruses to speak of. I don't even own anti-virus software. I'm a software engineer.

Get an Omega D-2, they're about as virus proof as you can get! ;-)

Get another operating system for your PC. No problems with viruses to speak of on my PC (I'm on linux). I don't even own anti-virus software.
I'm not a software engineer. ;-);-)

Hi there,

Is this another thread about how film is better than digital?

Be a rebel without a point, it's time for Warp speed. Love the price, glad I kept mine.

film doesn't get viruses, only mold.
