Apparently a neck tie helps, somehow.

Great idea! I’ll wear an old one to wipe my hands on.

If it could be "made easy" for just 25 cents, then why are people still asking so many questions?

And don't forget to wear the immaculate starched white shirt with your favorite tie. Dress for success! What could go wrong?

I’d frame that cover and hang it in my darkroom.

Definitely looks like a Kodak moment to me.

The tie needs to be a little loose around the neck for comfort...

Forget the tie. He should be the one wearing an apron.

As someone with almost knee length hair who often wears it in plaits, trust me, you do NOT want anything dragging through your developing tray!
However, as someone trying to work in an un-climate controlled darkroom through an Australian summer, I can highly recommend a bikini. (Yes, Greg Davis aka The Naked Photographer, I'm looking at you - this is dressing UP! [emoji16])

Years ago...one of my wedding photographer friends had a suspicious habit of cleaning lenses with the back of his necktie. Turns out that he had a piece of ultra soft chamois sewn in at that location...pretty smart!

Can we please give him a break? This is the 1950s. Clearly he’s just home from work, and he’s taking a moment to show his admiring wife how to do her home hobby with authority.
