Anyone tried exposing J. Lane dry plates under LED studio lights vs. UV light outdoors?

If so, any input or advice is appreciated.

Thank you,

Larry

Hi Larry

I haven't with J Lane Plates but I have with other dry plates ( that I coated myself ) and paper negatives. works fine
you just have to figure out what exposure you need and the best kind of light. Dryplates and paper are similar non-panchromatic emulsions.

I have used compact fluorescents in a softbox to expose J. Lane plates and almost always ended up with underexposed plates. I think the ASA for such conditions is likely 0.10 or less. I expect LED's would fare better.
