I know the Ilford special order has likely run out . Who presently has 16x20 film?

Try Fotoimpex. Although they are showing 16x20 Adox CHS 100II as out of stock right now, Adox may be able to cut to order relatively quickly and for a smaller minimum order compared to Ilford.

EDIT: Also check with CatLABS to see whether they have 16x20 Bergger Pancro 400 in stock.
