Sent my 300mm lens from my Fuji GX617 to be cleaned and was told it has seperation in the front lens group, the doublet element. I'm far from a lens expert, but I wanted to take a close look myself just to better understand. I took off the front retaining ring and used a lens sucker to take out the doublet element. But I turned the lens over and the rest of the elements including a spacing ring or whatever it's called all came out. Now I don't know which way the inner elements go back together and no matter what I try I can't get the lens to focus on the ground glass. It would be nice if there was an assemble drawing, but I can't find anything. Do any lens experts know how this lens goes back together? Long shot I know.
