Hi guys, it's Friday! And stuck at home like I have been for the past...decade it seems like. Anyway, who knows about 75mm lenses? I'm trying to get into some wide angle 4x5. I do have a 90mm and my fav 35mm lense are in the 20-24mm range.

I figure I don't need a shutter. Nor needs to be so sharp that I can see the fuzz on leaves.

I don't even know what brands are available. I have seen some but I can't tell if they cover 4x5. The cheap stuff seem to be for what I think probably will be used for medium format. Or those 2x3 type press cameras.

I've used one on a speed graphic which means i could use the focal plane shutter, but the lens had a shutter so I used it. Mine was a nikon.
There are schneiders without shutter made for Sinar DB system.

Hard to find, not always too expensive, 75/14 Berthiot Perigraphe VIa.

old Zeiss Protar? I had a barrel-mount 90mm f/18 once. But I don't know if they made any shorter focal lengths.

I once bought a barrel 65mm/f8 JML industrial lens for 5 or ten bucks... Seems to be a SA clone... Still using it on 4x5/2x3 SG's with rear shutters...

Pinhole???

I have one of those ebay 8x10 pinholes that look like a transmission pan. Works real nice. I'm planning on using xray film with it given the costs of 8x10 film these days. But only after I read the 470+ pages of the xray thread!

75mm F8 chrome Super Angulon would certainly do the job well and not so expensive in a barrel
