Our friend, Said Nuseibeh, is photographing in the middle east on a
Fulbright - and is in need of empty 4x5 film boxes for loading and
unloading his cameras. One of his shipments of supplies went astray.
If you could spare a few empty boxes, please send me an email at katejordahl@yahoo.com and we will
see what we can all do to help a fellow photographer in need!

Thank you so much.

Hi Everyone!
I am just getting started with a LF camera and I am looking for a few empty 4x5 film boxes to handle exposed film. Please send me an email to schwab@caltech.edu if you have any...happy to pay for them + shipping.
Thanks and I look forward to learning from everyone here.
Best,
Keith

Your location would be helpfully, as it probably not worth it to ship overseas.

I guess that would help a bit wouldn't it. I am in Canada, in Calgary Alberta. Not sure what shipping costs would be.

Now hopefully someone in Canada can send you a couple boxes, if not pm me and I can send a couple. Postage to Canada shouldn't be to bad.

While I have a bunch of boxes, I offered them to Kate (before I realized the date of the post) because she is a close friend -- otherwise I would like to save them for our students.

Sorry...but if I change my mind, I'll post on the For sale/for free part of the forum.

Any film lab will send you some boxes for the price of postage, it is good for business.

I wish we have a lab that can send some boxes for me, or no need to send, i will go to them to get it from there, but we have only 1 lab in the whole country and they don't have.
