I'm a huge fan of Polaroid 55 and would be interested in seeing people work, especially portraits shot on this film. I love the distinct fingerfrint border of Pola 55 were there's never two alike. Any Pola 55 users out there with a web site.

The portraits in the article on Modern Soft Focus lenses in the current issue of View Camera were done with T55.

It's practically all I use. The look is wonderful. My portraits are mostly non-human though, so I'm not sure if that would help you or not.

People here (http://www.knockoutproductions.com/angels/lith/Bosaiya.jpg) and here (http://www.knockoutproductions.com/angels/lith/05-15-05_2_8bit_8x10_scan_72dpi.jpg)

The first reminds me of the photo you linked to, Amund.

I rather liked the recent "heads of government" series by David Partner - he captured somehere near 50% of UK government ministers. Currently at the National Portrait Gallery, but also at http://www.headsofgovernment.co.uk/ - worth a browse if you like type 55 shots.

I have some Type 55 on my web site

http://www.walterpcalahan.com

Most are on the "People" page; there is one (a collage) on the "Places" page.

Not Type 55, but shot all 4x5 B&W, look under the "Stories" menu for "Jamestown." I made all those image during a 4 day visit to Jamestown, North Dakota.

Hope you enjoy.
