Has the Linhof Compur shutter for Xenotar 150mm 2.8 lenses been used for other lenses?

Here is a photo of such a shutter on a Xenotar 150mm 2.8. (Photo is not mine)

I'm looking for a shutter that has:
m46 x 0.?? front and rear threads.
Is 25mm in hight.
Does this exist?

Yes, what you are after is a Compur II 5/2 shutter.
Used with the Symmar 240/5,6 and Tele-Arton 240, and a few other

I've got shutters from both and they work like a charm with the Xenotar.
The shutters limit apertures to about 3.0 though.
And the fastest time is 1/200 if you are lucky (1/100 and 1/200 is about the same on mine). So a ND filter is a good idea, at least of you want to shoot wide open in daytime and outdoors.

And here http://www.largeformatphotography.info/forum/showpost.php?p=223663&postcount=1 you can find specs for it

I mainly use my 150 F2.8 Xenotar wide open. Mine is in a Plaubel Makiflex Automatic iris mount. I use a YG and a 4XND, or a deep red, when shooting with this lens.

As mentioned above, a Symmar convertible 240/5.6 in Compur II will work. In addition, the 240mm Symmar (but not Symmar-S) in a Copal 3 shutter will also work. It has adapters that can be removed from the Symmar elements and used with a Xenotar.

Thanks! Didn't know this.
And from a academical point of view interesting. A number 3 shutter would probably enable the use of the lens at fulll aperture. My Compur II shutters limits it just a bit to around 3.0.
Not that it would matter in real life.

Thank you lassethomas. I have bought myself a Symmar 240mm 5.6 in a Linhof version shutter.
I prefer the Compur 2 over the compur 3 becouse I can get it lower on a lensboard.

My 355mm f9 Repro-Claron also resides in a Compur 2 shutter

Could it also be that you should mill your Xenotar down bij 2x 2mm?
The lens on a 'normal' aperture from top to bottom was 77mm, in the compur 2 shutter it's 81mm. If you don't change the lens messing body your front and rear groups are spaced incorrect and wil increase focal distance. By increasing focal distance the F-stop lowers.

The iris on my aperture only normal, and the aperture on the compur 2 are both 35mm.

I'm over the moon with the result. Got a perfect working xenotar on my linhof for under €800

I just recently purchased this lens and have a question about mounting it to a lens board. I've only ever dealt with retaining rings and this looks like it has a flange. I bought a Compur 2 board separately but I'm wondering how I mount it. I have screws for it but I'm unsure if I just drill into the lens board? Any help would be appreciated.

Here's the lens and photos : https://www.ebay.com/itm/SCHNEIDER-KREUZNACH-TECHNIKA-LENS-LINHOF-COMPUR-SHUTTER-/203225921549?_trksid=p2047675.l2557&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&nma=true&si=llmID5hzUTDzUSZGNYtztmtAJD0%253D&orig_cvip=true&nordt=true&rt=nc

Just use the flange like you would a retaining ring. It probably works. I've done this with many lenses.

Agreed with Bryan. Just use the flange like a retaining ring. Retaining rings in this size (50x0.9mm or something like that) are hard to come by.

Lens looks good, those 3 spots of separation won't really show up in results, IME.
