I was wondering if the 80mm f/4.5 Schneider Super Symmar XL would fit?

Per Horseman, in order to fit the opening in the front standard the diameter of the rear cell must not exceed 65mm. Per Schneider, the maximum diameter of the rear cell of the 80mm SS-XL is 43mm, so it should be fine. You won't be able to close the camera with the lens mounted, but it should easily be usable.

Here's a page that has an FAQ on Horseman technical cameras: http://www.kenko-pi.co.jp/horseman/e/faq_tc.html
and a pdf showing which lenses are usable or not: http://www.kenko-pi.co.jp/horseman/e/lens_list.pdf

Kumar - that sheet is a great resource, but unfortunately it was never updated to include the SS-XL series.

Agreed. That is how I determined what 150mm I would get. However it's lack of info about the SS-XL series is why I came here with this question. Can anybody else confirm Oren Grad's post?
