Deardorff 4x5 Special - 4x4" lensboard specs.

Hello.... Recently got a 4x5 Deardorff 'Special' and want to make several 4x4" lensboards. Can anyone point me to the EXACT specs. for the boards? Including recessed back edge, lip, etc.?

I have some boards made by Deardorff and a few by Richard Ritter. Both are 4"x4" with a lip that is 1/8" thick and 3/16" wide. The Ritter boards are 1/4" thick while the Deardorff boards are 5/16" thick. Both have a slight bevel on one inside edge. I can get my hands on some calipers for more precise measurements if need be.
