what is the Sinar DB shutter called that does not have the aperature controls and where can I find any information on it? I have the chance to purchase a DB shutter but was surprised it's not the auto, No aperature controls on it at all. Just trying to get more info.

Thank You

Perhaps the info you need is there? I think that is just called a "sinar shutter," but I've heard them referred to as "norma shutters" as well. I think the aperture control type is a "sinar auto-aperture shutter."
