Folks,

Any pointers on what lens boards would work with the Horseman LX 4x5 Camera? I have found references to a page on S.K. Grimes web site in my searches, but that page does not appear to be there any more.

Sinar and Horseman only but there are adapters to Technika I like

But don't buy them all...

Sinar/Horseman adapter boards to accept Technika boards are readily available, while adapters to other types turn up now and then. SK Grimes can also make adapters to almost anything smaller. I have Sinar/Horseman adapters for Technika, Toyo/Canham and Horseman field boards.

If there's a chance you'll end up with an outfit that includes both the Horseman LX and a compact field camera, it makes sense to standardize on a more compact board such as the Technika type, which is used by many field cameras, and use an adapter for the LX.

Thank you, Oren! I am not currently planning a field camera but my wife assures me that I'm insane enough and that this will happen! :-)
