I really don't know my way around large format that well.
This is a Deardorff back with an 8 x 10 revolving back and screen.
Surely too big for a field camera? Is this from a studio version?
I have no idea...
Thanks to those in the know.

This is a 8x10 reducing back for either a Deardorff 11x14 studio camera (S11) or a Deardorff 11x14 view camera, but it is hard to tell now because the previous owner trimmed the 11x14 back to fit a non Deardorff camera. The 8x10 back/screen can be taken off and used in a Deardorff 8x10 view camera (V8).

The rotating back was handly for aligning studio shots

It would be easy to fit that on my spare SC11 back!

Interesting to see that back has the same locks at my 8X10 Deardorff slider back, which can make 8X10 or 2- 8X5 on one sheet.

Also worth noting, that the 8x10 part is from a sliding carriage back, and may NOT fit a V8.
