Anyone out there also using this app? Recently got it and have been experimenting using it with very mixed results. Seems to give me just amazing results sometimes, but most of the time results are not the greatest. Biggest problem I have encountered using it has been for it to produce digital patterned artifacts in areas in the out of focus background. Image processing times on my everyday iMac were very long. Switched to using it on my Macbook, that was set up to edit video, and the image processing times are now very acceptable. Am looking for an online instruction manual for the app, but have yet to find it. Am principally interested in using the app to correct a few of my LF negatives that suffered from movement during their exposure, then making digital negatives to print Platinum/Palladium.

thanks

See a recent article about this software by Ctein at The Online Photographer (Mike Johnston's site).

I use it and have had good results. I have, however, started using the Stabilize method, as mentioned in the Ctein review, and find that algorithm preferred over Sharpen. Go figure! Give it a try and see what you think.
