Developing film drunk

Anyone tried it. Today I played golf and had a few beers on the course. While playing hole number 14 I noticed a picture and thought, I’m going to get that after golf. So after finishing 18 me and my caddy drove to the car park, got my Chamonix 8x10 and headed to hole number 14. Took the picture had a few more beers then got dropped off at home. Well hell in for a penny in for a pound....... I headed straight to the darkroom and developed two sheets of 8x10.

being drunk, or even tipsy, is very dangerous in a darkroom. There is too much possibility of breaking objects causing self harm,or drinking a totally incorrect liquid, or many other types of accidents,some of which could be fatal.

I once developed with two beers (usually have none!) and I developed with the fixer first, then use the stop, and finally used the developer. I got four blank 4x5 negatives. Those were the best pictures I had ever taken.

I developed some E-6 while a bit tipsy (the first, and only time) and I will say standing in the dark for 15 minutes with no points of reference did not help my situation.

Sounds more like the 19th hole than the 14th.

Between the camera movements, focus, and whatever development time (and sequence of chemicals) you used, the results will be interesting all the same.
