They are the authorized service center for Wista. When I had a warranty issue on my DXII, I sent it there. They are listed on the HP Marketing website. HP is the US distributor for Wista product, among others.

Joe, I can highly recommend Richard Ritter. He did some work on my Wista last year (focus rail needed some tuning and refinishing). He did a great job - timely and reasonable price. I would not hesitate a second to send him my business again.
