Well, the two photos "look" the same in both auctions. I think the use of the word fraud is a bit premature here. The seller might have more than three holders to sell and is just using an alias to sell to Europe. Might be a good idea to confir with seller before bidding.

the 1st one is selling 3 holders at once, the 2nd one have note that is selling one by-one... sure, I have asked the 1st one if the other add is his also...

Possibly plagerism more than fraud?

A coupel years ago I posted an Ebay auction, and a couple days before it ended, somebody selling the same type of item used my picture for his item. Some people are jjust too lazy to take thier own pciutre, so they take one off a web site or another auction.

Not totally fair however - I think you really should be showing the actual thing for sale.

I don't know Joseph... first thing what cames on my mind is - he have no holdes. Today, "web-for-digis" are all but expensive...
