Kodak F-24 Fixer dilution?

Could anyone help me with this doubt?

The F24 formulas that appear on several websites and books are ready to use, or I have to dilute it?

All fixer concentrates: 1+4 for film, 1+9 for paper. 1+9 can also be used for film with longer fixing time and reduced capacity.

F-24 fixer is used full strength as mixed. No dilution.
