Just got a Nikkor-SW 75mm 4.5 lens
I use a Toyo 45 AII lensboard size 110mm, Copal 0
I'm wondering if I need a recessed board or will a regular one give me total coverage?

I've got the same lens and an older version of the same camera, it's fine on a flat board. I did buy a recessed board hoping to get a better range of movements but it didn't help, you just have to accept the bellows are gonna be pretty scrunched at infinity

Thank you very much for the advice.
Now I just need to find a board that will fit the lens.

eBay is usually my go-to for lens boards. See: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Linhof-Toyo-Wista-Lens-Board-Toyo-brand-Copal-0-size/142990406991?hash=item214ae4754f:g:iOEAAOSwv3lbitur:rk:2:pf:0

No, that is a Toyo brand Technika-style board, he needs a lens board for a Toyo 45A.

This (https://www.ebay.com/itm/Luland-Produced-TOYO-VIEW-Lens-Board-45CF-45A-110mm-Copal-0-or-1-or-3/183069997256?hash=item2a9fd278c8:g:tP4AAOSw8V9bUEZy:rk:3:pf:0) is what you (the OP) need, I just bought some from this vendow and they are a good quality product
