E6 in Tetenal 3 baths. I got stains...

Hello there,
I recently started to work with a Jobo ATL1500 E6 Tetenal 3 bath. I have got strange stains on my higlights. Some are blots, some are sharp little black spots. Both are barely visible with a lupe, but come out like this after scanning (epson 4990). Any ideas? can be that the last wash is too short?
These are Fuji slides exhired...that never gave me problems when processed in Jobo CPP or just processed manually.

Looks like dust was on the film or something. Was the water filtered? Chemicals thoroughly mixed? I had got film back from developer had black spots like that i the past. Haven't got then since I started my own processing.

Water: I use distilled water for chemicals and filtered water for the atl. About mixing i must admit that I didn’t think it could be so important, because I just use 300 ml of liquid...thanks for the suggestions, I will mix well next time;)
