Excellent tones, lovely model, but the hand looks weird.
It must be someone else's hand, because it just isn't positioned right
to belong to the model.:)

Id have to agree with the hand being out of place a bit but its still a wonderful image and a great start to this month. Makes me want to go out and shoot

Very fine. Beautiful girl with beautiful hands. Maybe two images would be an alternative portrait. One of the face and shoulders and one of the hands.

My daughter's first apartment (aside from college). 10th & Lawton. Finishing up her internship on Market St., SF. She's renting a room and the person who she sublets to has a ton of shoes and stuff all over the place. As opposed to me...a minimalist. I wanted to get her with all that stuff so she remembers what a clean apartment should look like. Hahaha

I shot this a part of a family portrait commission for some regular clients. It was actually rather easy to do as they all found the camera so interesting and the dog was pretty obedient. Be interesting to see if they order a print along with all the digital stuff I shot.

Shot with a 210mm APO Symmar @f16 and Tmax 400.

Shot on Foma Retropan film rated at 100 and developed in rodinal 1:50 - 5x7/heliar/f11

not sure about this film..it came out kinda flat..but I was just winging it with development times and dilutions... I had to jack it up a bit in 'photoshop'
..I now have 46 more sheets..so I better zero it in pretty fast.. I shot at asa100 to match all the other film speed I shoot in studio, and because the innernets says Foma has way over rated the film speed..at least with developers other than theirs.. gonna try 1:25 dilution next time I think
