Attaching dark Cloth To Chamonix 045-2

Does anyone else have difficulties attaching a dark cloth to the Chamonix 045N and having enough room to use the centre focus knob

I mount my cloth to the front of the rear standard and around the base plate of the camera. I found this makes it easier to access the focus knob.

Traditional dark cloth attached to the 4x5 Chamonix via Velcro on both sides of the rear standard... no problem. Personally prefer to use a Chamonix reflex viewer. Am now in the process of adapting a Sinar Binocular viewer to my Chamonix. For me this is the ideal viewing system... bulky but such a pleasure to use.

My darkcloth is quite light so I like the idea of velcro, might have to give this a try
