Cezanne 5500 problem

I have a Cezanne 5500, and had a cleaning session recently. Scanner was working fine beforehand. I have cleaned it before, with no problems, but this time, subsequent scans are badly out of alignment. Just wondering if there is a calibration function on the scanner that anyonemay know about, to try to fix it. Attached clip of problem.
