Does anyone use a Canham wooden 8x10 with a RRS tripod head? I am looking for the correct plate to mount to the bottom of the camera. Any suggestions/tips would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Matt,
I always recommend the longest plate that will fit on the camera without getting in the way of any camera operation.
If the camera and plate have a larger area of contact, I think you'll get a little added stability.

Absolutely agree. I am wondering if someone who uses this combination can point me to a model # perhaps. Reaching out to Keith Canham and RSS as well.
Thanks for the comment.

Look at the Kessler Crane Utility plate, much larger than RRS.
