I'm looking for any info about "K L Biggs Precision Instruments, Ltd", of England, most likely not in business anymore. I have an 8 x 10 monorail camera with that label on it that I purchased well used in London about 20 years ago.

I show the name as K L Biggs Precision Equipment Ltd of Hove, Sussex.

I am the grandson of KL Biggs and although the company is no longer in existance my father who was a director of the company still has all the information about the camera and darkroom equipment they manufactured, if we can be of any help please do not hesitate to email me directly

Hi, I have just taken a leap of faith in purchasing a 5 x 4 aerial camera made by KL Biggs, Hove, Sussex. It has no lens with it so I was hoping to find out what lens /lenses it requires. I also want to find out if it is possible to convert it to a hand held semi wide angle for use in street scenes.

I think you may be talking about the GEEPEE. Please confirm this and I will let you have as much detail as I can. My father has just rebuilt a 10 x 8 and we have a number of 5 x 4's. I have asked him for suitable lens information for you.
