PC cord input question

I have a Schneider APO Symmar 180 mm lens. The PC cord input in it came off the other day. I didn't force it or anything. I was simply removing the PC cord and it came off. Can this be repaired or no more sync cord for this lens?

You need to get a new synch contact from a camera repair shop. Or send it to a shop to replace it. For a Copal shutter it mounts with two small screws.
