That one is not thermostatic. Simple adjust the individual water flow of hot and cold to your desired temperature.

A few points:

As ic-racer said, it's not thermostatic. Which means that changes in water pressure between hot and cold (like when someone flushes a toilet on the same water line) could effect the output temp. Probably not a big deal for you.

The filter should use a standard 2" sediment filter. Doesn't need to be the Delta branded filters.

I used the flexible hoses with stainless steel braiding to hook my filter up.
