New to the forum and looking forward to my stay.

Question.

Retired professional photographer looking to renovate several large format lens before selling is looking for information as to,where/who in Europe to contact to achieve this.

What do you mean by renovate. If you mean just having shutters serviced and basic repairs there's many options I use Black on White in Bristol, in the UK. If however you mean re-polishing and re-coating etc then that's become far more expensive, the main company in the UK went out of business 2 or 3 years ago.

I doubt that any "professional" help would be worth the investment in terms of a better sales price.

As Ian says, apart from a few shutter repair places, glass renovation, simple re-cementing excepted, is already a lost art.
