I was cleaning up my lenses today and found a Rodenstock Monar F3.5 lens. I did some searching for the tech details, but can't find anything (at least yet).

Does anyone here know the technical details on this lens?

Thanks

Tim

I don't think much has happened since you last asked about the Monar, but the previous threads (and links) do give a lttle idea of what the optical set-up might be!

It sems really odd that there isn't much on this lens...

Pretty sure the Rodenstock Monar f3.5 was their Petzval Portrait lens. There is a bit of information out there. Just need to work a bit harder to find it.

Here's one that was for sell here back 2013 http://www.largeformatphotography.info/forum/search.php?searchid=6250820
