My Epson 4000 crashed the other day, frankly because of something stupid that I did. After a ten minute conversation with Epson support (I have the extended Pro warranty), they had a new printer at my front door 29 hours later (from Indianapois to Albuquerque)!!!! We were up and running within 35 hours of a total breakdown of our printer. That is what I call a warranty. Worth every dime.
