Couldn't find any information about it.
There's no iris.
Who knows the lens?

I know this lens because I saw it on ebay recently!

Must be pre-ww2, as I don't think it is post reunification.
If it isn't part of a scientific or industrial apparatus which uses alternative inter-changeable achromats, perhaps part of a projection telescope?

The font used looks like the one they used in the 1920's and early 30's.
