Is 4x5 instant pack film available? I have a Polaroid 550 back, this does not fit my Calumet so I have never used it. I wanted to play with it using a borrowed Speed Graphic but I dont see any film listed to fit it other than two Fuji part no's. I cannot find anything on the Polaroid site-there seems to be no mention of the 550 holder there. B&H had no listing. Am I missing something? If anyone knows the numbers of the films that fit this back and where to buy I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks -

Polaroid has discontinued 4x5 Pack Films, so your 550 holder is an orphan as far as Polaroid is concerned. I don't know if Fuji makes a suitable product. Smaller sizes of Polaroid pack films remain in production.

The 4x5 Sheet Films (Types 52, 55, etc.) continue.

For a long discussion in which I posted links to the relevant Polaroid webpages, see http://www.photo.net/bboard/q-and-a-fetch-msg?msg_id=009Zyh

Fuij still makes the pack films. Don't throw away your 550!

Thanks for the replies- I found the Fuji info here:

So I get my choice of 100speed color (which is what I was looking for) and 3000 speed B&W, In case I want to shoot autoracing or basketball in the dark. :) Thanks again.

If anyone wants an opened 554 and FP100c 4x5 pack film in the UK, I'll send it to them free.

They've been sitting in my fridge since ages and it seems a shame to waste..
