Forgive me if this has already been posted but, FYI, the Walker Evans: Depth of Field exhibition is taking place at the High Museum of Art in Atlanta, June 11 - September 11.

Hi, Inayat,

I have not seen it yet. I am planning on seeing it with my son when he is back in town in late July or early August. I would love to hear from anyone who has seen it or plans to in the near future.

If you are not aware of the historical context many of the images are rather bland. There are a lot of images trying to showcase the breadth of his work but I think the exhibit would have been stronger if they had take the best of each wall and shown only those.

The recent Weston, Gordon Parks, and Wynn Bullock exhibits were smaller and yet more interesting.
