Need help identify what kind of Linhof Technika camera.

Can anyone help me identify this Linhof Technika? It has a Schneider-Kreuznach Symmar 1:5.6/150 1:12/265 lens.151296151297

It is NOT a Linhof camera. It simply has a Technika lens board mounted to a Technika lens board adaptor.
