Has anyone been there recently? Is the parking lot kept plowed?

Just check the SEKI website. It's normally open all winter every winter. My family has had winter reunions there; and I have done winter ski backpacking out of there. They might demand chains further down the road. Won't be long till you have the added treat of almond blooms further down.
