Hello everybody,

If you fing oil on the shutter blades, what might go wrong? Is this ok or what steps I need to take to have peace of mind shutter will not fail? How much it is gonna cost me?

Shutter blades are not lubricated. Oil or lubricant on the blades will through off the timing and attract dust to the blades making them become slower, as the lubricnt breaks down it can cause blades to stick and some lubricants may cause some non-metal blades to dissolve.

In short - get the shutter to someone who can do a through and complete CLA before you have major problems.
