Ya'll I have the mother of all dumb questions...
How do you tell what size filters you need on a Fuji 210 lens? The lens cap has the number 51, there's the number 40 on the barrel, and there's the numbers 56:1 on the front. I'm guessing the diameter is gonna be 49mm or 50mm??
Thanks!

If you already have the lens just take it to your local camera shop. They should be able to fit and sell you whatever filters you need.

Ellen,
Fuji has made a mumber of different 210s over the years. If the front lens cap has the number 51 on it, that means it fits over the front of a lens with a 51mm outer diameter. Which means it takes 49mm filters and is most likley a 210mm f5.6 Fujinon L - a single coated tessar-type lens (4 elements in 3 groups) with an image circle of 240mm.
Complete specs here (http://www.thalmann.com/largeformat/ls-ts.htm).
