TTH Cooke used a standardised range of lens flanges have a look at Page 10 here (http://www.cameraeccentric.com/html/info/cooke_2.).

For Knucklers, the f/3.5 takes a 3.5-inch, while the f/4.5 takes a 2.75-inch. Not sure about the earlier Series II.
