Hi,
a few weeks ago I aquired a Linhof Super Technika V. The camera needed a general overhaul - replacement of leather, bellows and a few other parts. Technically, it is sound. So I decided start a DIY winter project. So far I removed all the old leather and glue, the old bellows and the view finder leather folding thing. Yesterday evening I successfully installed the new bellows, next is the new body leather.
I am desperately searching for parts of the rangefinder. Someone ripped the original one off and some parts are missing.
I have:
- the rf body
- the rf base plate with the prism and the mirror. The latter is broken and needs to be replaced.
- the long vertical arm inside camera casing is there.
I need:
- everything that is mounted on the the bottom part of the camera body (where you plug the cam into).
- The eyepiece of the rangefinder, facing the photog
- the mirror on the bottom of the range finder base plate
If anyone has these items and would be willing to part, I'd be glad to step in!
