Conley Automatic Shutter

I was having problems with my Conley Automatic Shutter so I STUPIDLY opened up the lens. Now it's not working at all CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP?! I'm on the verge of tears.

If it were me, I'd send it to a good repairman.

You could mount a Packard shutter behind it.

Take it apart again. Sometimes their is a tab or pin that needs clearance to operate and when you put it back together that part is binding and can't move.
