Is there a book on the Linhof Master Technika?

Folks,

does anybody know of, or have for sale, a good book on the Linhof Master Technika and earlier models? As a new owner, I'd like to learn much more about their development, use, techniques, etc. I believe Linhof publish, or did publish such a book. Is it available?:confused:

This one is 1958 but there are later editions.

There was also, for a short time, a paperback from Grosbild on the Master that was only published in German. I may have a copy but I have never seen it listed for sale anyplace.
