Not sure where to put this, but I'm livestreaming developing 38 frames of 4x5 film (http://www.twitch.tv/harrytorque) starting right now on Twitch Creative. I'll first mix chemicals and get temps settled, so this'll be a long afternoon!

First time doing a livestream, so bear with me with all the issues I'm sure will happen with the stream.

Watching now. You are just finished a batch and hanging them to dry. Very cool BTW! Thx!

Thanks! Just finished the first batch, at least 5 to go. It's going to be a long stream, but that's expected from LF :)

Yeah, I've done some photo editing on Twitch as well. I had a casting shoot (in digital) on Twitch, but they auto-deleted it after two weeks :(

Where's the fast-forward button? :D

When I first viewed it, I caught him at the end of a job, saw 3 fluid changes and then removal to his high tech drying cabinet.

He showed the camera the finished wet films.

No real advantage over You Tube, but still neat for his usage of a gaming delivery platform for something way more useful...

You can make highlights afterwards, i.e. simple edits to cut out loading of film, which is five mins with my arms in a changing bag :P

Twitch rolled out Twitch Creative a few weeks ago, and there are all kinds of artists doing art live on there. But yeah, it's still mostly a gaming streaming service.

Uh O. I am a certified by degree preformrance artiste'!

Too political for this place. :):(

But we were doing intercontinental live dance collaboration 18 years ago.

Starting to select the keepers stream going live now.

edit: stream is now done, but you can find that and past broadcasts on my Twitch page here (http://www.twitch.tv/harrytorque/profile).

I was quite concerned about exposure as the studio I shot was new to me, and their lights weren't as powerful as I would have needed. I ended up shooting f/16 instead of f/22 which I usually shoot at. Even then I ended up pushing the shots 1 stop while developing, and they look quite good - not perfect, but good enough for great prints.

I ended up with four keepers out of 38 shots (19 since I do in-camera dupes), and I'm happy with the results! Off to drop them off to get drum scanned.

I created four highlight videos showing the full E-6 film development process (http://www.twitch.tv/harrytorque/profile/highlights):
1. Mixing the E-6 Tetenal chemicals (http://www.twitch.tv/harrytorque/v/29740712)
2. Loading 4x5 sheets into a Jobo tank (http://www.twitch.tv/harrytorque/v/29741353)
3. Developing a batch of large format slide film (http://www.twitch.tv/harrytorque/v/29743276)
4. Showing the developed sheets (http://www.twitch.tv/harrytorque/v/29744371)

I also have a video of going through all the developed shots to pick the keepers (http://www.twitch.tv/harrytorque/v/29738843).

I'll get these drum scanned in the coming weeks, and edit them on Twitch when I get the files back.
