New Kodak Portra 400 boxes?

I picked up 2 boxes of Portra 400 that seem to be lacking the "Kodak Professional" labeling at the top. Is this a new change, perhaps announced somewhere? I'm only concerned as I've heard rumors of counterfeit Portra in the past and I'm always wary of something so expensive.

They are also a different color yellow, it was a big tado a few months ago, it's what's on the inside that counts ;)
