Question about interchangeability of lens and shutters

I have a Fuji W 210mm in a bad shutter. Would the threads match up with most other 210 lens? I can get another lens with some issues in a decent shutter fairly reasonably. Am I correct in assuming the aperture scale would be the same for all 210mm shutters?

Yes, it should fit any other shutter of the same size.
No, scales can and often are different.
